As part of our advocacy, I hold free clinics in the company’s head office and its branches and various Product Distribution Outlets located nationwide. When the pandemic lockdown was imposed last March 15, 2020, I was holding the activity in our Cubao Branch. Afraid that I would be locked down in Metro manila, I shortened the free clinic by a day, and immediately returned to home base. I got confined for two long years and my services were limited to the residents of Camarines Sur only.
With the beginning of the election campaigns, travel restrictions were eased. I, together with the Company President, Madam Vernie C. Opalla, Ph.D., took the opportunity to travel to our branches to check how they were doing and to entertain patients who waited for me for two long years. I was excited to entertain new patients who adopted our concept of “Tubig at mga Mineral: Sagot sa Kalusugan!” (“Water and Minerals: Solution to Good Health!”) by constantly listening to our radio program aired nationwide, and by watching my video presentations in YouTube. Although I conducted virtual consultations, I only did those I previously saw. I personally do not believe in virtual consultation with new patients.
I began conducting free clinics again starting in our Cubao Branch last March 17 to 19, 2022. This was followed by Cebu Branch last April 21 to 23, and then Davao Branch last April 28 to 30. Now, I take this opportunity to extend my most sincere gratitude to our personnel for competently managing our branches during the pandemic. Thank you very much Mr. Edilberto Alagdon, Ms. Angelita Uriarte, and Mr. Brian Pelegrino II of Cubao Branch; Mr. Jason Espiritu and Ms. Recame Maloloy-on of Cebu Branch; and Mr. Janmor Morales and Ms. Mishelle Opalla of Davao Branch! They also did a very good job of resolving the health problems of patients they entertained during my absence. I saw in the faces of those who got healed that they are very satisfied with their newfound treatment. I just advised them to continue with the management prescribed to them when they came back to seek my advice. I thank God for the mastery of the concept by our personnel.

I most often recommend that my patients completely cease taking their medications while adopting our concept. Through the 16 years of recommending our concept, I witnessed that the use of purified drinking water supplemented with 100 percent natural, food-grade, ionic, health-giving minerals provided a better solution to the physical sufferings of our kababayans. With modern communications today, even our foreign-based kababayans have experienced the amazing health benefits of the concept that they often refer patients to me despite the distance.
What amazed me during my recent travels was that I entertained a handful of patients whose relatives were medical professionals. Two were parents of a Family Physician and another was a sibling of a medical doctor. They confidently sought my help upon listening to my discussions on the diseases they were afflicted with within our radio program and the video presentations. I was very much elated by how our concept truly helped ease their pains and hurts.
As the election is over, we pray that the pandemic remains dormant so we can continue reaching out to our fellowmen who need to learn and adapt our concept to ease their pains and hurts especially those who have been suffering for a very prolonged period.
