in 2004, Ma’am Vernie C. Opalla, Ph.D., a humble elementary school teacher, was introduced to a mineral supplement by a stranger while she was heading home on a bus. The stranger, whom she later knew as Ed, explained how his product offered numerous health benefits, especially to those who were very sick. She did not take the conversation seriously because she believed that for every illness, there was a corresponding pill or medicine to treat it. Before Ma’am Vernie alighted off the bus, he handed some flyers and requested that she study them.
Upon reaching home, Ma’am Vernie just threw the flyers into the trash can. That night, she dreamt of God talking to her to the apostolate in a product that He created. Upon waking up, she thought of what the dream meant. Suddenly, she recalled the flyers she threw. She immediately retrieved them and studied the contents intensively. Since she was suffering from so many illnesses such as migraine headache, blurred vision, severe body pains, toxic goiter, impending heart failure, premature aging, and scoliosis, she got interested and contacted Ed. He immediately heeded her request and conducted a health seminar for the group introducing a dietary supplement called MRI Concentrated Mineral Drops (MRI CMD). Curiously, Ma’am Vernie tested the product, and, lo and behold, she began regaining her lost health. After several months of use, all of her illnesses disappeared and this made her commit to spreading and educating those who were also suffering physically like her. This became her lifetime mission and it was then that she realized the dream that God called her to apostolate on His creation.
To pursue her calling, Ma’am Vernie went on intermittent leave from teaching for two years to educate herself more about the product. During weekends, she traveled to the Head Office of the Distributor in Metro Manila to learn more and discover how other distributors promoted the product. She then established JV3 Food Supplement Distributor and became the Stockist in Naga City, Camarines Sur. She boldly shared the amazing healing she received using MRI CMD with everyone. She became one of the top sellers in the country by continuously sharing her personal experiences on the “miraculous” health benefits of MRI CMD.
In 2010, she established VER1REV Enterprise together with Dr. Renato Paragas, the “Waterdok”. MRI CMD was now branded as IONIQUE Mineral Drops. Probably with God’s divine intervention, the former importer and exclusive distributor of MRI CMD terminated the sales agreement with its US-based manufacturer and supplier, Mineral Resources International (MRI). Thus, Ma’am Vernie became the new importer and exclusive distributor in the country. Together with the rise of the new company, the product was marketed utilizing a new medical paradigm, combining purified water and 100 percent natural, potent, ionic, health-giving essential minerals. The creation of the concept of “Tubig at mga Mineral: Sagot sa Kalusugan!” (Water and Minerals: Solution to Good Health!) helped many resolves most of their prolonged chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes mellitus, arthritis, asthma, chronic kidney disease, cancer, seizure disorder, skin diseases, depression, anxiety disorder, panic attack, and many others more effectively. With the concept, people were able to cease using synthetic chemicals to overcome their illnesses and prevent or minimize the adverse effects of medications which are noted to be possible causes of their worsening health state. The concept worked so efficiently that those who adopted it faithfully and obediently enjoyed the freedom from diseases and sicknesses. Moreover, it also lessened the financial burdens of the sick.
The introduction of the concept through communication and social media attracted more individuals to use the concept. Numerous clients, through their testimonials, shared with relatives, friends, neighbors, acquaintances, officemates, and sometimes, even strangers who disbelieve our claims, attracted more customers. Those who enjoyed the health benefits boldly shared with strangers even in public transportations. With its growth, the company established branches in Cubao, Quezon City, Cebu City, and Davao City. More product distribution outlets were also built. The pandemic was never an impediment to the operations of VER1REV Enterprise. Ironically, the sales soared higher and more employees were hired to cater to the higher demands of the products. The God-centered natural approach to disease management was observed to be more effective in conquering diseases than what mainstream medicine offered.
With these unexpected developments, Ma’am Vernie, the sole proprietress of VER1REV Enterprise, decided to upgrade the company. Last April 1, 2022, inviting her children to join her and serve more people, she established VER1REV Enterprises Corporation. The company became bigger, employing more staff, and targets to cover every city in the country. It is looking forward to easing both the physical and financial difficulties brought about by the horrendous pandemic that caused the less fortunate people to become more helpless and stressful in life. The pandemic has also deprived many sick of the basic medical services they need to ease their pains. Examples are the unvaccinated patients prevented from getting into the hospitals; hesitancy of medical doctors to personally see patients; and conduct online consultations where a thorough assessment of the patient’s true physical condition cannot be made thus, hindering better, proper medical management. For the past two years, VER1REV Enterprise has rendered medical services very up close and personal to the delight of numerous patients.
